Think of the Echo as Mach III lite. It's design is very similar to the Mach in a smaller lightweight size weighing only 14 pounds. It is simple enough for new spinners to learn and grow with all the features experienced spinners require. I currently have the 4 oz 4 speed in studio for demo. The 4-speed 4 oz setup has a ratio of 1:17 for spinning fine weight yarns. The 16 oz setup is just the right size for big yardage, bulky yarns, and art yarn spinners - without losing the ease of portability. The 8 oz setup is a perfect mid-range size.
