Frog's Hair to Chunky!
SpinOlution wheels really shine when it comes to spinning funky-chunky art yarns, but they also easily spin fine traditional yarns. They treadle smoothly and quietly. My favorite feature is that you can easily change out bobbins using the awesome magnetic snap innovation and there is no more threading through a tiny orifice with the open hook design. It's awesome to be able to interchange the flyers and bobbins between the two wheels.
New design offered with the "golden whorl" makes spinning fine yarn and short fibers a pleasure. You can really get a lot of flyer spin with very little treadle work.

Bee Wheels
Test drive on the Worker Bee shows this wheel to be just as awesome as all the rumors were saying. First spin I tried out some leicester long wool and spun chunky and then grabbed some angora bunny fluff and without changing any ratios was able to spin thin yarn easily. No pulling from too much tension and lots of twist with minimal footwork. This wheel has everything - portability, big bobbins for chunky yarn/yardage, spins fine yarns with ease and on board kate. I really love this wheel.
All the Bee wheels are similar except for bobbin capacity. The Queen Bee has a 4oz set up, the King Bee has an 8oz set up and the Worker Bee has a 16oz set up.

Mach III
The Mach III is a wonderful studio wheel. It is a heavy and very sturdy wheel that treadles very smoothly and takes surprising little effort to spin - you can actually spin using only your toes. Because it is quite a heavy wheel, there is a brake mechanism for instant stops while spinning and available strap and wheels for moving it around your studio. Hopper
Just love this little guy! Small foot print makes it perfect for travel - it's coming with me in the RV this summer. I love that all the extras that came with the Mach III package also work on the Hopper. Shown below from left to right: Hopper with 8 oz bobbin, Hopper package with lazy kate and skein winder.
Echo
The Echo is a nice alternative to the Mach III. Smaller price, size and weight, but with most of the features offered with the Mach. Bobbins and flyers interchange with the Mach and Hopper. I have one in the studio for demo. It spins fine to chunky with a nice smooth and easy treadle.
The Echo is a step up from the Pollywog and can be purchased with 4, 8 or 16 oz flyers and bobbins. A package deal is also offered with this wheel which will give you the skein winder, lazy kate and extra bobbins with 2 different setups.
Pollywog
This is a nice starter wheel for a child or someone who wants to give spinning a try without investing a lot of money. It would also be a great option for seasoned spinners who travel.
